The counter staff is very poorly prepared.... I asked for some eye drops with neomycin, and the employee first looked for them on the display shelves, then he searched the computer and brought out some that were not the ones I needed and I asked him if he didn't have any others and he told me that those were the ones I found, I tried to quickly search the pharmacy page on my phone, but then too many medications appeared and it was difficult to find them, and I decided to leave. Later I checked the page at my house again and saw that the drops that the employee wanted to give me were OTIC, not OPHTHALMIC, the ones that are for the eyes are the ones that have neomycin and dexamethasone, which I had to go look for at another pharmacy from another chain... which invites me to give priority to other pharmacies.
